SWCF Programs and Projects (2005 to Present)

Book Corner Program – This program equips rural public day care centers (Philippine’s equivalent to kindergarten education) with basic nursery books, toys, posters and other educational tools needed to enhance the overall performance of both the teachers and the students. (Funded by private donations.)

Environmental Education Program – The program consist of activities designed to enhancethe general public’s’ knowledge, concern and appreciation for the natural environment. Activities include tours, lectures, training and establishment of parks and trails specifically designed for environmental education. Examples of these activities are the Watershed Educational Tour and the Nature Encounter trips in Bohol.

Micro-credit for Farmer’s Organization Program - This program provides small credit for business development activities of farmer’s organizations.
